Gott

Draft sample @ Swafff! 2022 - shared with the Gentse Bierverniging team.

Bottle. Pitch black, medium small beige head, not lasting. Strong boozy nose, lots of dry fruits and berries. And lots of booze! Sweet start, lots of berries, syrupy. Sweet berries, black currant. Mild bitterness. Strong and very warming. Medium full body. A bit too boozy.

330ml bottle. Sweet, boozy and syrupy with loads of licorice, alcohol and sugary notes. Way too sweet, feels more like a Salmiakki-Koskenkorva booze than a beer.

Bottle. Black pour. Aroma of rich caramel fudge, bourbon booze, vanilla, licorice, oak, dark chocolate and molasses. Taste has heavy boozy molasses, caramel fudge, bourbon booze, vanilla, chocolate, licorice, prunes, figs, raisin and some cherry. Really long deep boozy finish. Insane beer, the abv is crazy, but all the ripe fruit flavors make it strangely drinkeable. A delicious black hole indeed.
