Aroma is medium sweet, sticky, alcohol, brown sugars, meaty roast. Green barrel. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, woody bourbon, oak, woody staves, jammy berries, boozy, alcohol. Chewy.

Team tasting at CBJ, thanks to me for the bottle. Near clear dark brown beer, a small pale tan head is vanishingly short lived. Smooth and very light palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Hard to believe this is pushing 20%. Coffee and bourbon vibes, smooth. Good plummy fruity vibe on the back end which also, finally, shows some alcohol spice but, nothing like what you might expect. Tasty and drinkable. A dark beery rival to Port.

Bottle.Pitch black colour with no head.Aroma is sweet warming and spicy bourbon and vanilla note nice smooth and strong finish.

Bottle to finish a great night of beers with my brother. Pours ink black with no head. Aroma is dark fruit and berries, some red grapes, licorice a d prunes, light chocolate. Flavour is full bodied and rich. Sweet dark malts, lovely booze, light marzipan, bitter almonds. Some wood and light vanilla, spices. Excellent impy that hides the 18%.

Tap at Stigbergets Fot, Stockholm, 29th March 23. Pours black and thick, no head. Aroma is liquorice, dark chocolate and leather. Taste is super, liquorice, meaty, barrel, wood, very intense, chocolate, bitter and never too sweet. Excellent sipper

Bottled. Black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, mild figs, some bourbon, vanilla and mild alcohol. Flavour is alcohol, some liquorice, mild chocolate and roasted tones.

Sista öl på stor ölprovning med pq och lina . När jag klunkar kommer först nåt litet rött bär blandat med choklad . åhh chokladen pumpar sen på rejält och därbakom kommer först torkade frukter och sen bourbon som kryper fram . Bourbonen kommer mer och mer och blandas med chokladen . Bärigheten tonas ner rejält. Satans satan vad välbalanserad Gooood utan helvete. Relativt söt Imp stout där man fått till blandningen bourbon choklad med lite bärighet . Mååååånga misslyckade bourbon lagrade öl har jag druckit och blir då glad detta är en full poängare
