Der bekannteste Vertreter des Stout ist zweifelsfrei das Guinness. Das heißt aber noch lange nicht, dass wir sowas nicht auch hinbekommen. Mit viel Röstmalz und den typischen englischen Hopfensorten Fuggles und East Kent Goldings eingebraut kommt unser Stout daher! Und ja, das schmeckt auch schon ab dem Ersten!

Fruity mild chocolate. Grain there, fruity chocolate bitterness in the end. Soft and smooth, fruity mild with a milk chocolate finish in the end. 33cl bottle. A very dark brown beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of mid sweet dark malt, chocolate. Taste of dry bitter chocolate, roasted malt, melasse.

Röstmalziger Beginn, cremig, passend trocken, rund. Hohe Süffigkeit, mittelstarke Herbe, wenig aber erkennbar hopfig. Mittellanger Abgang, rund. Gut! 10/9/10/10/9/10

330ml bottle. Opaque, black colour with small, frothy, fading, beige head. Roasty, spicy, minimally ashy, dark malty aroma, hints of coffee surrogate. Taste is dry, roasty dark malty, slightly mineral and spicy, hints of coffee surrogate, a touch of ashes and iron. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally crumbly palate, fine, soft carbonation. Very roasty, quite monotonous - so-so.

330 ml bottle. Murky black with a creamy head. Toffee, licorice, cocoa, hazelnut, some metal and citrus. Dry bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry bittersweet finish. Decent Stout!
