Davno zdegustovana fľaška. Vtedy som ešte ani nevedel co všetko príde 😁. Zlatista farba s citrusov ou chuťou.

Bottle Nice attempt from Kaltenecker. Reisins, red berries, earthy notes. Relatively full bodied, oily texture. Good sipper though not sure it was meant to be. Lucky coincidence? Nice

330ml bottle kindly shared by djoeye. A beige head over a coal black body, spotty lacing. Dark malty nose, slightly roasted and with a touch of dark caramel and ash. Moments of smoked malts to a rather well blended taste profile, impacts of ash and dark fruits. Roasted malt-fruity ending. Fine bodied, slightly cloying. Good drinking, anyway. (Slovak session with djoeye and Finn, PivotekaH7, Tromsø 07.12.2017).

0.33l bottle. Malty aroma, roasty notes, caramel, light resin notes. Black color, white head. Malty taste, roasted malts, toasty notes, caramel, hopy notes, light resin, light sweet, extra light sour, medium bitter. Medium to full body, creamy texture, soft to average carbonation and malty roasty bitter finish with hopy notes. Good, but I would like it to be more hopped.

330 mml bottle as part of the European Secret Santa 2016 edition, many thanks to MisoW for this one. Tasted on the 22/02/2017. Deep dark brown colour with a medium beige head. Aroma of citrus, grains and resin. Taste is roasty with some fruits and herbs. Next one please!

Bottle, thanks Gurthnar! Dark brown color with beige head. Aroma is hoppy, peaches, tropical fruits, cat piss, chocolate. Taste is slightly buttery, chocolate, grassy hops, bitter finish. Oily mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Quite nourishing and more-ish, a nice Black IPA (a style of which I am usually not a fan)!

Kicsi, gyorsan eltűnő hab, fekete szín. Illata enyhe, pörkölt malátás, ananászos, citrusos. Íze enyhén savanykás, pörkölt malátás, ananászos, némi citrussal, és van valami halvány mellékíze, ami füstölt sajtra emlékeztet. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas és keserű. Nem igazán jön be.

500 ml bottle bb 20.10.15, bought in Bratislava 3 months ago.
Dark brown to black body, with a medium, creamy, dark beige head.
Aroma of citrus, orange, resin, dark chocolate, ash, soap, some coffee.
Taste follows this pretty much, with some more spicy notes.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes a bit alcohol warming, roasty, quite bitter, zesty, a bit piney, a bit ashy.

Good, but nothing special. The soapy notes feel quite unclean and the ash also doesn’t fit too well here in my opinion. Overall not bad, but not my preferred kind of a BIPA, lacks more roasted malts.
