Beer can be fun if enjoyed responsibly so we present to you; Paper Scissors; a full-bodied New England IPA.
A juicy well-balanced beer with fruity aromatic notes of citrus, peach, passionfruit, and tasting notes of tropical fruit, citrus zest, mild stone fruit, white grape, grass/hay earthiness.
Ingredients: Water, Malted Barley (Golden Promise), Wheat (Flaked) , Cara Pils, Oats (Golden)
Hops (Mosaic, Citra, Galaxy)
Yeast (A38)

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7
Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of orange, marmalade, citrus, lighter grapefruit and green hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 7.5
Can. Nose is mango, big peach, orange juice, hints of wheat /banana, faint hint of onion skins. Taste is pronounced orange juice, peach, tangerine, jammy, touch of lemonade, mango, faint grapefruit pith to add bitterness in the slightly watery finish. It's OK.
