The beers in this blend matured on average for 12 months in red wine barrels. In this time the beer developed its fruity and wine-like character. For this small blend no. 03-2021 we have used organic red vineyard peaches from our trip to Alsace. Its tart, fruity aroma with tannins is a speciality among peaches.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 15.02.2031) im 2025-07 getrunken. Diese orange-goldene Ale zeigt erst eine Trauben-Frucht durch den Rotweinfass Ausbau. Die Pfirsich-Aromen verstecken sich etwas wenn das Ale noch kalt ist. Mit steigender Temperatur kommen die Pfirsich-Aromen immer mehr hervor. Die Säure ist eher schwach und rundet das Ale sehr gut ab.

Fruity sour nose. The beer starts very dry, moderate sour with a dry grainy back. Sour fruity refreshing but sessionable back. Easy drinking with a woody sourness. Nice.

0,75l bottle at home. BB 15.02.2031. dark yellow almost clear color, small white head. smells of peaches, stone fruits, marzipan, peach pits, parfumy, flowery, intense peach smell reminescent of pjassel, yet different. lovely. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of peaches, stone fruits, parfumy, marzipan, tad watery, spices, earthy, bit herbal. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of peaches, stone fruits and marzipan notes. This is lovely, amazing smell. Taste was rather thin at first, but gets better and better, this needs some time to open up.

75cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of sour peaches, orange fruits, lactic fruits. Taste of peaches, tart apples, grapes, wine. Good one!

Süffiger, intensiv fruchtiger Beginn, natürlich nach Pfirsich. Feine milde Säure, Geringe Bitterkeit, weich. Spritzig, weiterhin rund nach Pfirsich, hohe Süffigkeit, ausgewogen. Langer fruchtiger Nachgeschmack. Gut! 10/12/13/13/10/12

Bottle shared. Bit hazy orange-like with fizzy white head. Indeed quite some peaches, wheat, light funk, herbal, dry mineral. Under medium sweet and bitter. Under medium bodied. A bit watery but otherwise really good.
