Sweetish-malty, gently roasty and slightly yeasty-spicy aroma of cocoa, overripe banana and nuts. Gently sweet, quite roasty, yeasty-spicy taste of cocoa, toasted nuts, coffee, overripe banana, clove and a touch of citrus, followed by a medium long, gently roasty-bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Saturating, chocolaty Weizenbock, thick and smooth. A treat, a bit like Schneider's Porter-Weisse.

440ml can. Opaque, darkest brown colour with huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, tan head. Slightly toasty and chocolately, dark and wheat malty, minimally spicy and yeasty fruity, aroma, hints of cocoa, chocolate, some treacle, a touch of plum, fig, banana, whiffs of clove and cinnamon. Can from the House of Trembling Madness. Pours pretty lively dark brown with a huge tan head. Aromas of banana, dark chocolate, tar, roast. Taste is sweet, toffee, chocolate, more banana. Light sweet finish.

Can picked up from www.drankgigant.nl, consumed at home Saturday 27th March 2021 we have Prawn Taquitos with Spicy Avocado Salsa and Smokey Stuffed Peppers for tea listening to a Jane Weaver - Flock. Pours dark, dark brown with a huge foamy head, looks like cinder toffee in colour and appearance. Mint chocolate chip in the mouth, a hint of banana. Wow this drinks amazingly well for the abv. Nice tanginess, dark fruit plum skins.

Pour was so lovely.i have to assume my can took a bump or something, head initially filled most of a pint glass! It's black and the head is large and tan coloured. Smells of bready chocolate. Taste has the chocolate too a little tangy fruit, some hops, a little banana. Nicely balanced, full bodied and very tasty.
