AROMA: medium pumpkin and spices aroma. background of slightly sweet malt. low oxidized hops (isovaleric). APPEARANCE: dark amber colour and clear. medium ivory head, creamy, with average retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium pumpkin and spices notes, followed by a slightly sweet malt background. medium to medium-low bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: medium-light body with medium carbonation. astringency maybe due to polyphenols. OVERALL: a nice pumpkin ale but with a bit of a strange astringency on the palate.
