A pale, bottom-fermented "double-malt" beer. A specility strong lager. A full-bodied, rounded beer with a good, long-lasting head. A good bitter-sweet balance. This beer is characterised by strong malty aromas with an initial sweetness complemented by a final intense hop aroma.

0.33l bottle from local supermarket, Monfalcone. This is a crystal clear pale golden beer with a small quickly fading and sidesticking white head. It has a almost dark malty-like aroma, something copper-ish and also I find traces of earth. Not extreme in any way. It's average carbonated and it has a thin and almost watery texture. Flavors are also light pungent-copperish. A really metallic -like I have never tasted in metallic beers before aftertaste. Definitely not a especially god one this. Could perhaps have been a bit colder served, but still not something I recommend. 20.05.2012

bottle from Vinoble-favrskov clear golden, smooth offwhite head. Looks quite nice actually. dry lager aroma, also a faint sour sockey hoppy sensation. The alcoholic in me likes the aroma. lager sweet malty flavor, flowery notes, only faint bitterness (pilsner type bitterness) hops are almost entirely bitter, not much flowers or similar stuff going on. should i describe it relatively it would be a sweet pilsener, only somewhat stronger due to the high alc%.

330ml bottle brought back from CR by my wife
Appearance: Pours clear straw/golden with a nice fluffy white head that dissipates some, leaving some light lacing in the glass
Aroma: Skunky while being poured, but mellows out after a few minutes. Honey and grassy
Taste: Malts, grassy, grainy and bitter herbal flavors in the finish that stick around.
OK, be I wouldn’t go searching for it.

Clear golden coloured body with a thinnish white head. Aroma of funky old malt, yeast, alcohol and a touch of metal - not very nice. Light-bodied; Somewhat decent, mild malty flavoured taste with some bitter alcohol and cardboard, but mostly subtle flavours throughout. Aftertaste shows a touch of grapes, some rice and a potent alcoholic maltiness. Overall, not the worst beer, but certainly not a great beer. About standard for an Italian mass-produced Lager. I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased from A Tutta Birra in Milan, Italy on 12-November-2009, sampled at home in Washington during Snowmaggedon #2 on 06-February-2010.
