A pale, bottom-fermented "double-malt" beer. A specility strong lager. A full-bodied, rounded beer with a good, long-lasting head. A good bitter-sweet balance. This beer is characterised by strong malty aromas with an initial sweetness complemented by a final intense hop aroma.

Bottle, 6.5%. Mild grainy aroma. Clear golden colour. Good stable head, a bit plasticky. The flavour is also grainy, with a bit of sourness. Has a little alcohol note. Quite clean, but also quite uninteresting.

66 cL bottle. Pours almost clear yellow and golden with a huge white head. Aroma is grassy to hayish hoppy. Malty, light sweet, vague metallic and alcohol flavoured. Bitter and dry grassy into a dry finish. Simple.

Mild alkoholisch plumper Antrunk, sehr mäßig, nicht aromatisch. Etwas getreidig, alkoholisch-trocken, es mangelt so ziemlich an allem. Nicht würzig, nicht aromatisch, wässrif im Abgang. Ein überflüssiges Produkt. Test vom 14.10.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,6,7,6,8,6 - 6,55

Bottled (BB 06/2007)
Golden color, a bit hazy, small white head. Aroma is strong berries mixed with cardboard. Cardboadish with sweetish honey-maltyness, grassy hops. Does not feel like 6.5 %. Odd beer. Not totally hopeless and this bottle was a bit past its prime propably.
