Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Brew York for the upcoming Wilde Child beer festival 'Crazy Town 2018' we've produced a super refreshing kettle sour. A decent dose of concentrated lime juice has been added post fermentation along with some spearmint extract to ensure all you cocktail lovers go back for more.

Keg @ Head Of Steam, Leeds. Golden with no head and a light carbonation. Mint leaf is very prevalent in both aroma and taste, and the brew is a good imitation of the Caribbean classic. Has a light sour finish.

Keg at the Blue Boar, Leicester as part of their Wilde Child Tap Takeover. Light to mid-golden, hazy with a filmy ring of white head. Lime juice and something salty/savoury akin to bacon lardons in the aroma. Sour taste with the lime taking centre stage, but there's that strange meaty bite as well. Refreshing tart finish, nicely carbonated without being too heavy. Verdict: odd, and doesn't quite come off but it has some interesting moments. Worth a try.
