Something special for our 50th beer. Dudelsack is a full bodied German style lager with a clean, rich, toasty malt flavour and dry finish. 10% of the grist bill is comprised of beechwood smoked malt for hints of phenolic smokiness.

21/6/2021. Can sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours clear pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, smoked, malt, fruits, peach, grass, wood-chip, meaty notes. Medium plus sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Not a fan.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 08/06/21. Clear golden blonde with a good sized white head. Nose is grassy, smoked malts, cereals, lemon rind, toasted grains. Taste comprises crisp and lightly smoked malts, grains, grass, faint caramel, popcorn, light bonfire. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid logger bier.

Can: Poured a golden with a white head. Aroma is smokey, grainy, woodsy. Taste is semi-sweet forward, smokey, malty, nice lingering flavor.
