Bottle at Taratata. Pours a cloudy gold with small white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is funk, mineral, white grape, apple. Thin body, similar flavors to nose, easy drinking, enjoyed this.

[5/11/2019] Bottle sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2019. Green session. Hazy yellow. Funk, barnyard, lots of oak, citrus, manure, vinous, dry, sour, a bit bitterish.

Bottle @MBCC2019, Red Session. Cloudy orange, small white head. Funky peach and grapes aroma. Dry, funky and fruity flavour. Woody, dry.

2017 bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is pineapple, earthy, leathery, lime, dough, white pepper. Taste is pineapple, peach, leather, earthy, nicely integrated sourness. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good, but not great!

0,05l from bottle at mbcc green. light yellow almost clear color, small white head. smells very funky, cheesy, barnyard, grassy, herbal, earthy. very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes ripe fruits, grassy, herbal, some funk, earthy, cellar must, peppery, spices. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of ripe fruits, grass and grass. very nice one 8, 4, 7, 3, 16

ABV: 6.0%. Unclear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, horse blanket, barnyard, leather, grapes - barrel, funk, manure. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, funky, barnyard, leater, manure, grapes - apple - apple skin, barrel - oak. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20190511]
