Negra rojiza, casi opaca, de generosa espuma ocre. Aroma ahumado y especiado, notas de café y chocolate. En boca cuerpo ligero, bien de gas. Malteada en la base y sabor ahumado, bacon, chocolate. Punto especiado ligeramente picante. Equilibrada y sabrosa.

Prueba en la feria hostelería Avilés 21..02..2017. (r12). Color negro con bastante espuma blanca. Sabores suaves maltosos y cereales con ligeros tostados y algo carbonizados. Ligeros toques salados. Cuerpo ligero líquido fácil de beber. Corriente. Sin mucho que decir.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted and dark malty. Toasted malty, caramelish. Bitter, toasted and caramelish. Dry and bitter finish.

Bottle@ungstrups - brown pour with small off white head. Toasted and medium roasted malty with notes of cocoa, cocoa and caramel, some dark fruity notes into the finish.
