Pale gold. Big sweetness, with lots of cinnamon, some alcoholic heat that cuts through the sugars a bit. Decent, cryo I guess.

Blond colour. Sweet, liqueur like, with candy-like fruit, strong alcohol warmth, this is a pleasant drink, but it doesn't taste at all like an ice cider.

Pale blond colour. The cider character is limited to a hint in the aroma; the flavour is almost more similar to a semi-sweet lindenbluten mead than to a cider, and definitively nothing close to an Ice Cider, no depth, no complexity; the alcohol is strangely well hidden, raises doubts; it's just a pleasant sweet drink.

Clear gold. Cooked apple, skin and baking spice. Cooked apple, skins and a bit of burning. Not great.

375ml @ Ryan's. Appearance: clear blonde. Aroma: perfumy with very sweet apples and some slight acidity. Taste: very thick and sweet, drinks like an oil. There is some heat that you can feel when it's going to your stomach. Overall: a liquid sugar with apple notes and some tannins.

Poured from 375mL bottle. Clear gold with no head. Sweet treacle and apple, floral notes with mild underlying alcohol burn. Below average.

375mL bottle, pours a clear blonde, almost no head. Nose is bizarre—that doesn't smell like it should—there's some perfumey floral notes, toffee, some brown sugar. Flavour is very sweet, with brown sugar, treacle, bit of perfume, and plenty of alcohol warming. This doesn't have the depth at all of a good ice cider. It's inoffensive, but it just doesn't convince as a skilled ice cider.

Medium gold body. Soft apple on the nose, sweet but not sugary, slight vanilla. Flavour is soft apple, chewy, yet surprisingly not overly sweet. Mellow finish, soft lingering apple. Alcohol invisible. Subtle and easy to drink.
