Backlog. 2016 bottle. Hazy golden with white head. Quite a bit of cognac and green grapes/white wine. Grassy and peppery, some floral notes, quite a bit of oak. Good one!

Bottle 750ml vintage 2016 @ MBCC 2019 - Yellow Session
Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, funk, barnyard and grapes. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium sour with a long slightly dry, tart, funky, barnyard and funky finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Pour @ MBCC 2019. Pours clear golden with a white head. Notes of citrus, sweet vinous grapey thing going on, lots of ripe fruits, stone fruit, lightly funky. One of my favorites from this years blends for sure!

Sample at MBCC2019, Copenhagen. Vintage 2016. Colour is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, mold, peaches and sourness. Moldy.

Bottle 750ml. @ MBCC '19 [ Red Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2019, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Bokkereyder Pinot Cognac - 2016 ].Unclear - hazy matt medium orange colour with a small average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, horse blanket, barnyard, leather, cheese, cognac, grapes, grapes skin. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light sour with a long duration, funk, brett - leather, sweet cognac, grapes - grape skin, tart fruit - lemon. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Wow .. that is good ! [20190511] 9-3-9-5-18

MBCC. Clear golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, grapes, fruit, tart and funk. Flavour is malt, citric, tart, funk, grapes, medium sweet, little sour and medium dry.

[5/11/2019] Bottle sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2019. Red session. Cloudy orange-amber. Barnyard, oak, citrus, wood, some wine, sour, bitterish hint. Really good.

Flavor is light sourness, malt, yeast, wood, barnyard, leather, tart fruit, grapes, light lemon, little cognac. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, dry and acidic finish. 100519
