The sixteenth of twenty-one beers for our 11th wedding anniversary. Šajla's. Can 0.33l, four years aged. Black. AROMA- forest berries, cheesecake, cream, cocoa, chocolate, liquor. FLAVOR- medium sweetness, slightly bitter, quite warming, pralines with fruit filling, artificial off-flavors, alcohol. Fuller bodied. Another stout with flavoring extracts instead of true ingredients. This one is wrong in our anniversary collection. Šajla wouldn't drink this one.

(Can) Black colour with brief, frothy, beige head. Malty, vinous nose with notes of rum raisins, dark chocolate, coffee, dark berries, coconut and vanilla. Malty, slightly vinous taste with chocolate truffles, dark cherries, coffee, coconut, liquorice, vanilla and a mild cacao bitterness in the finish. Full body, sweet. A bit sweet, vinous and boozy, but really rich and tasty. Very nice.

Can (AIH114, from Vinmonopolet Kirkenes). Pretty much pitch black colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is toffee, some blueberries, cocoa, mild chocolate and some lactose too. Flavour is blueberries, some toasted and vanillaish tones with mild toffee. Alcohol is quite wellhidden in this one.

From tap at Beergeek Bar, Prague, 20.07.21. Ebony. Brown head. Strong aroma and taste of cheesecake, blueberries, blackberries and jelly. Round mouthfeel. Surprisingly good.

Tap.Pitch black colour with small beige head.Aroma of cocoa and vanilla even a bit spicy and also dark tart berries not nice with good full body and sweet finish.
