Our biggest and possibly our most beautiful (we’ll let you decide though) IPA in the Series to date. IPA #8 is double dry hopped with Simcoe, Moutere and Columbus hops, so you should expect a cloudy bright pour and intense fruit, dank citrus and pine notes. Best enjoyed as soon as you get it home.

Keg at 73 Enid Street, 29/05/19. Light haze on a golden blonde pour with a decent off white head. Nose is old skool DIPA, light fart, grass, grapefruit, toasted malts. Taste comprises grapefruit, pine needle, citric tinged straw, caramel, orange pith. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with lightly aggressive grassy hop bitterness. Ok old skool leaning DIPA ... tastes fine after an average nose.

Can at home from Grumpy Goat, in garden, 22nd May 19. Pours a slightly hazy yellow. Aroma is pine needles, resinous, citrus. Taste is spikey pine needles, bitter pith, resinous, citrus. This is a good one, always like this brewery, this reminds me of drinking pints of Ransack in Toronto

Can 473ml (Beer Merchants, canned 01/2019) Hazy pale yellow colour, small white head. Simcoe citrus, very hop oily aroma. Medium-bodied. Flavour is similar: citrus, hop oils, hay, pine, danky in the flavour. Touch of alcohol. Suprisingly thin for its ABV.
