We call Warmouth a bootleg IPA, because it uses an obscure yet delicious yeast by Bootleg Biology.

This small, alternative yeast lab from Nashville created a unique blend of fruit-forward yeasts that works extremely well with aromatic hops, resulting in a gorgeous rainbow of flavours.

Every version will have a different hop combination. This version: Belma, Azacca, Centennial.

Beetje waterig, maar ook wel lekker zacht.

Pours a murky orange/golden colour and an off white head with little retention. Aroma's: lovely NEIPA hoppiess, dank, soft sweet & sour fruits. Retronasal there's more sweetness to it. Flavour is light sweet, light moderate bitter, with a light funky fruitiness to it. Medium bodied. Moderate earthy bitter finish.

Murky golden with white head. Sweet oaty malts, heavy sandy feel, pineapple, earthy, oatmeal porridge. Sweet and light bitter. Bit dirty for a NEIPA.

33cl Blik van Slijterij de Laat. Troebel, ondoorzichtig donkergele kleur, witte kraag. Gist, blaadjes, meloen, druiven, mwah dit blijft toch ver achter bij de verwachtingen.

Can, canned 04-03-2021. Color: Hazy orange golden, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, citrus and tropical fruit. Taste: Citrus hop, nice hopbitterness, orange and orangepeel, tropical fruit, some pineapple, light hints of melon and strawberry. Some dank. Nice fruity bitterness, bit grassy. Malty (wheat) background. Over moderate bitterness, going to medium bitter palate at finish. Light to moderate sweet. Quite smooth mouthfeel. Bitter fruity finish. Nice one, good balance in between fruit and bitterness and nice bitter finish.
