This old school classic pours in the manner of a traditional dry Irish stout, presenting a beautiful soft, creamy, caramel coloured head. The aroma will prepare you for a journey, starting with the bold bittersweet chocolate, before progressing through to a rich roasted coffee finish. Store chilled.
Good things do come to those who wait. But when tick follows tock, follows tick follows tock, we thought, hang on, toucan play at that game. And whilst we don’t want to harp on about it, it was a bit like pushing at an open gate: our AF stouts are some of the best in the world. So here’s our Irish Stout.

0.44 l can from 'OnderNulPuntVijf', best before September 2021. Black with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, quite roasty aroma of lots of coffee, dark chocolate and traces of nuts. Gently sweet, malty, fairly roasty taste of massive coffee, dark chocolate and some nuts, followed by a short, gently roasty-bitter, rather dry finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid NA Stout, exactly what it promises to be. Years ago, I didn't like thin roasty beers like this at all, but nowadays I can really appreciate them.
