Taste of caramel malts, some toasted malts, touch of brown fruity malts, some bitter English hop, bit watery though
Palate - soft carb, thin body. Light bitter palate. Finish as main flavour with some light toasted malts
Overall - OK bitter perhaps a touch bland

[Cask at the Pier, Whitby] Reddish brown with a moderate white head. Bit o’ caramel, bit o’ malt, bit o’ fruit, bit o’ bitterness. Bit dull.

Bottle @ Brugmansia/Fonefan Tasting, April 2010. Pours clear amber with a small white head and lacings. Nose is yeast, rubber, caramel and floral hops. Flavor is dry and floral with a bit of buiscuit. Reasonable.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, brown sugar, leather notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100417]
