This is a super drinkable clean and crispy lager. On the sweeter side of balance due to a small addition of Munich malt. Hopped lightly with Sterling and Saphir.

5oz pour at YVR. Pours clear blonde with white head. Aroma has some light malts. Flavour has white bread, a bit skunky. 5oz was 4.5oz too many.

Pale gold, slight haze, medium head. Appley aroma. Should have called it Gulf Islands Sesh there’s so much apple. They really went all in on the acetaldehyde here. On the palate it actually has a respectable pale malt creaminess. Lowish bitterness. Probably less acetaldehyde, too, but maybe I’m just getting used to it. Finishes somewhere at the intersection of disdain, apathy and relief.

A pale blonde lager with a thick creamy white head. In aroma, crisp biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at YVR location.

Iight gold body and minimal foam. Very soft pilsnery hops on the nose. Flavour is sweet lager hops, slight cardboard. Cloying aftertaste, lively carbonation, this is a lager you won't remember.
