A stout to remind you of warmer times. Like a pina colada for the winter. If pina coladas were oatmeal stouts.

(473ml can from Kihoskh, Copenhagen) Pours very dark brown with a large loose pale tan head and a little lace. Notes of lightly sweet dark malts with a fair amount of grain/cereal quality (oat?), some cocoa, rather soft coconut that's a little creamy, touch of acidity to the roast, dry and somewhat bitter finish. Lightish body and soft carbonation. Decent lower ABV stout, nicely dry, but lacking the adjunct punch I wanted.

A deep dark stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light nutty notes, coffee, light marshmallow, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with light berries, cherries, light vanilla, light powdery character, nice and pleasant. On tap at Maggie’s on the River.
