Draught at Ginger Man, 2/6/18.
Copper-peach-golden, very hazy. Small, off-white head recedes fairly quickly to cover.
Nose is soft, light, mango and tangerine pulp. Very light papaya, as well. Promising...
Soft, juicy, dry, well-malted, with tangerine juice, light lemon and light papaya-melon, yet somehow no twang. Light tea-like spice and orange rind bitterness gently balances, reinforcing the dryness and keeping the drinkability very high. Maybe a bit too much papaya building up over the course of the glass and it does get a bit astringent (odd, perhaps too much yeast in suspension, as it's not resinous). Perfectly malted and carbonated leading to a spot-on texture. No alcohol, flaw or resin.

Keg at Rbabarrab, CPH, 11/11/17. Hazed golden with a decent off white cap. Nose is fresh hop, citric tinged straw, light pine dusting, tangerine. Taste comprises orange peel, floral notes, toasted malts, grains, straw, soapy notes, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. A passable APA let down by those soapy notes a little.

Beer Table to Go, NYC tap: pours hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is juicy citrus and plenty more fruitiness. This is a pretty good example of that super crushable APA thing that all the kids are drinking. Dry, low bitterness, very fruity. Pretty good.
