Our lead brewer Bobby (aka “Boss Tater”) spent the better part of his youth in Idaho--which brings us to THIS BEER! Hopped exclusively with Idaho 7 and Idaho Gem, with 100% Idaho-grown malt for the base. Intense notes of dank-n-sticky cannabis, forest pine, fresh squeezed tangerine, and tangy pineapple. Pithy PNW bitterness on the finish.

Draught @ Pinebox Rock Shop, Brooklyn (Mar 2024). Clear golden with a small foamy whitish head, faint citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, bitter citrus zest-piney taste, thin body, long bitter piney finish. Interesting flavors, more like juniper than pine.
