Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. As Huttenkloas Tripel Van Kloas. Aroma is mildly yeasty with malt, some metallic notes, bit spicy. Flavour is medium sweet with a light bitterness. Body is medium. Not a good Tripel I'm afraid.

Tap at Haarlemse Biermarkt: An German Tripel, hazy orange coloured brew slightly sweet, not bad at all.

Bottled (from de Biertonne). Deep golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is grainy, bready, herbal and some yeasty tones with mild floral elements. Flavour is grainy, yeasty, some floral and mild alcohol tones. Homebrewish.

Bottle, 8.5%. Bready and oxidised aroma. Cloudy orange golden colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is metallic with rotten fruit notes. Medium bitterness. OK malty. Starts bad, but improves a little as it warms up.

Bottle, 8.5%. Fruity and yeasty aroma, a little vinous and moldy. Cloudy orange colour. Small white head. The flavour is quite acidic, not like a tripel, but quite good. Mouthfeel is slightly thick and slimy, along with the acidity suggesting an infection. Flavour is also fruity, low bitterness. Slightly strange, but still drinkable.

Hazy orange colour, small white head. Hayish, a bit yeasty boring nose. Medium-bodied. Paper and grass with sweet fruityness. Unbalanced flavours. Neh.

Goudkleurig bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is warm, krachtig en bitterzoet met iets van abrikoos, perzik en vanille. Gewoon degelijk bier.

0.33 l bottle from 'Speciaalbierpakket', best before February 2022. Clear, golden amber with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, musty aroma of cow fodder, hay and light grains. Gently sweet, malty, slightly musty taste of grains, cow fodder, vegetables and iron, followed by a short, gently bitter, fairly yeasty-spicy, musty and metallic finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Haven't had such a bad beer for quite a while, this is pretty off. Disappointing.

Fles gedronken op vakantie met LiekevdV. Het is een troebel oranje bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige wat zoete geur met een hint van perIk. De smaak is moutig, kruidig en zacht bitter met een zoete afdronk.
