Our light session-able golden ale is a dry and a refreshing brew. Approximating a lager in overall character and might be an alternative to the Pilsner style lager. Cracker-y Light body with reminisces of honey and a slight toasty & earthy flavor. Low bitterness and a light orange fruity aroma. Light yellow to golden blonde color. Med to high carbonation.

0.33 bottle. Creamy small head, clear blonde ale. Great caramel vanilla aroma. Could use a bit more hops, but quite tasty.

Feb. ’16. A 0.33 l bottle, thanks Marjan for my first Jordanian rating! It poured a hazy golden body with medium sized head. Decent honey aroma, but a bit metallic already. Flavor was also metallic, especially at first, later it showed pleasant biscuit, vanilla and some lightly toasted malt flavors. Thinner in body with moderate, sweet malty and very lightly herbal bitter finish. The off-note bothers through the whole drinking, however it had shown some qualities. If I visit their place as I plan to quite soon, I’ll be sure to taste it fresh, well, like you have many beer options in Jordan, especially craft.

Bottle received as extra in trade. Thank you hackobock! Pours hazy deep golden with a creamy white head that leaves some spotty trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is subtle and tiny malty with biscuits, cereal, butter, grass and lemon zest. Taste is slightly bitter and slightly malty with bread, biscuits, butter, grass and lemon zest. mouthfeel is soft, round and medium bodied. Finish is slightly bitter and slightly malty with buttered biscuits, grass, soil, minerals and lemon zest. Not terrible but way too buttery to be enjoyable.

At a tasting, thanks DSG, smallish head, quite clear and a touch deep yellow colour, honey, cardboard, buttery aroma, bready, buttery aroma with some strange fizziness and fruitiness, like a soft drink, light and a little unpleasant bitterness. Drinkable but not too good, really hope they get better.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Slightly hazy golden with a white head. Somewhat buttery aroma with citric and floral hops, slightly skunky. Flavor has a bit of sweetish bready malt, a bit of butter, citric hops and a finish with decent bitterness. Medium-bodied. Rather easy-drinking.
