Nice Velvety body for the style. Clean and mildly roasty, well balanced, classic style but the body stands out. Beer Revolution Bucharest

On tap at Berestroika, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out metallic notes, some toasted malt and a slight oat-like character. Flavour is sturdy, with toasted malt upfront, some metallic character and a harsh bitter espresso character. Rather harsh and could use some tweaking, but it's not bad. Easily the best of the four beers I've tried from this brewery, but that's not saying much.

O)N TAP at the source. Well, it welcomes you with an almost lambic sourness and funk. Dark caramel and light coffee notes. But the dominating flavour is yeast and dirty towels.

Tap. Pours clear dark reddish black, very small tan head that dissipates quickly leaving minimal lacing. Aroma is ashy, burned, roasty. Flavor is light sweet, medium bitter, burned, a bit rubbery and acidic. Medium body, low carbonation.
