Bottle, gift from Pam. Clear golden body with a white head. Fine carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of steel and minerals. Flavour of grass and tinny finish. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Attractive bottle design… but clear glass is a big no. The beer itself isn’t great - it’s a bit skunky.

Bottle from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - golden and clear with gentle carbonation. Thin lacing.
Nose - soft creamy bready malts, maybe some lemon.
Taste - oh, tangy orange and chewy malt, not quite caramel.
Palate - light bodied, dry tangy middle and finish.
Overall - quite nice, not just a fancy bottle....

Kolor jasno złoty, klarowny. Piana biała, drobno pęcherzykowa, całkiem pokaźna, redukuje się w umiarkowanie wolnym tle. Ładnie oblepia szklankę.
Aromat słodowy, słodki z nutami kukurydzy.
W smaku balans słodowej słodyczy i delikatnej chmielowej goryczki. Całkiem ok.
Wysycenie średnie. Ciało średnie. Tekstura miękka, gładka. Posmak średnio długi słodowy.

0,33l from clear glass bottle at Jola, Vienna. Bb 02/26. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells grassy, earthy, tobacco. Nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, tobacco, bit leathery, peppery. finishes lightly bitter with notes of pepper, earthy and tobacco notes. Ok, bit heavy, lacks drinkable, probably the clear glass doesn't help

340 ml clear bottle, special design, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.2%. Golden colour, large to moderate white head. Sweetish aroma of malts, honey, flowers and herbs. Soft mouthfeel. The flavour has the same elements as the aroma, a whiff of smoke in the finish, low bitterness.

Sold as Noam.Lager so not sure why it was added as Bavarian Lager?! Bottle at Goucho, City of London. Aroma has an instant hit of ashtray. Underlying sweet malts. Hazy-opaque light gold. Flava matches the Aroma. Light. Thin. Soft-fllat carbonation. Abrupt finish. Awful Helles or whatever it's supposed to be.

340ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Pours a big white head slowly fading over a misty pale golden body, spotty lacing. Modest aromas of white bread and noble hops. Decent taste profile of herbal hops and grain. Short malt-hoppy ending, drinks quite well. Fair enough. (Tromsø, 28.03.2025).
