Birra in stile New England IPA caratterizzata dall’utilizzo del lievito Vermont che dona un corpo morbido e aromi fruttati. I poderosi Dry hop di Sabro, Mosaic e Simcoe donano sentori tropicali di ananas e passion fruit con sfumature di cocco, pesca e vaniglia. All’aspetto è decisamente velata color arancio con schiuma bianca e fine. In bocca è vellutata e setosa con un corpo che nasconde ed equilibra il generoso utilizzo di luppoli.

Cloudy pale blond beige to light orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: lots of tropical fruits, juicy, pineapple, mango, dank hops, a little cheesy, some onions, nice one! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, gentle bitterness, lots and lots of citrus, pretty dank hops, more resinous, somewhat piny. Aftertaste: bitter, dry, spicy, herbal bitterness, resinous hops.

Tap at Birraio dell'anno 2022, Florence, Italy. Pours really hazy, layered, looking almost like a juice, with a fine white foam, limited. Aroma is intensely fruity, peachy. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium bitter, with some noticeable underlying sweetness. Final is average.

On tap @Sam Beer (Rome). Dorata, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di frutta tropicale (mango), citriche e leggermente erbacee. In bocca ha una base di malto ben presente, ma risulta equilibrata e pulita. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Non male davvero.
