Brewery draught, 3/27/25.
Minimally hazy, copper-maize. Small, white head, low retention.
Fruity, hoppy, lightly juicy with light cracker and honey-like malt. Very slight touch of pine to strengthen things with some unripe stone fruit as well. Clean.
Juicy and round with excellent malt depth. Lovely honey with ample but not overdone bitterness. Pine and grapefruit vie with tropical fruits and everyone wins. Good attenuation and a reasonably crisp finish, though the ample malt depth keeps it on the malty side.

Can - clear gold with a moderate lace - as is typically the case, this brewer has managed to make a clean, well put-together lager - medium sweet and not syrupy or dirty like many lagers of this strength can easily get - the alcohol is a bit too present at times - flavorful hop profile that gets slightly abrasive in the finish - mostly enjoyable with some rough edges.

Can to go from brewery. Gold colored with a white head. Fairly clear. Nose is fruit salad and herbs. Tastes of cantaloupe, pineapple, herb garden, lemon lime. Some booze present on finish. Hoppy bitters.

16 ounce can. Bright medium gold pour. Large foamy beige head. Bready malt aroma hints at sweet lemon. Flavor is earthy grain, bright citrus and herbal hops. Some mineral it’s and grassy notes. At 100 IBU’s, the hop character is bold and spicy. Finishes with a note of bright lemon.

Pours clear gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention turns soapy as it recedes leaving spider lacing. Pineapple and mango aromas. Dank resin and sweet mango upfront turning to hot caramel and marshmallow in the medium length finish. Winner winner chicken dinner.
