Sample during "Farm Fest 2025" on 07/05/2025. Clear yellow-gold color with a medium white head that recedes steadily. Strings of lacing. Aroma of funky fruit, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal yeast, vinous oak, malt and lemons. The finish is peppery yeast and tart fruit. Very good Saison overall.

Lighter funk and more tannic than expected. Less saison and more grapes in this blend for sure. Or maybe it's just too fresh which is also a side project vibe.
