This is the 3rd Memberhood beer sold only to our faithful membership. For Intemperance we dove deeper into exploring the flavor profiles from different regions of the world. We used Mexican and Chinese Cinnamon, Mexican Vanilla Beans, Meadowfoam Honey, and Nicaraguan Cacao Nibs to produce a flavor profile similar to a s’more. We are looking forward to seeing how this one ages as it will develop a more s’more flavor profile as time goes on

15/II/21 - 50cl bottle @ My Birthday Fire Basket Tasting, BB: n/a (2021-136) Thanks to ElManana+1 for sharing this birthday present bottle!

Clear black beer, small creamy off-white to beige head, unstable, bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, lots of cinnamon, sweet, hint of coconut (might be from the previous beer in the glass, despite the extensive rinsing), bit spicy, oxidized, lots of honey. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet start, good roast, lots of chocolate, some coffee, bit malty, bit sugary, some alcohol, nice stuff! Aftertaste: good roast, lots of cinnamon, alcohol, nice stuff, bit sweet, very nice, some honey, nice bitterness. Very enjoyable beer!

Pours black, small tanned head. Smell is full, sweet, nutty, cinnamon is hidden, as are the other additions. Bit of vanilla. Taste is full, creamy, vanilla is intense here. Dark chocolate, nice, bit nutty finish.

Tap. Darkest brown to black color with beige head. Aroma is cinnamon, cocoa, a touch honey indeed. Taste is cinnamon, more honey here, cocoa, chocolate, I like the combination. Oily mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Great creation!
