Our Belgian style farmhouse ale has a slightly spicy character, fruity yeast-driven esters and an effervescent, dry finish. A homage to our mountain gateway to the Valley.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: glossy amber color with a one finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: lemongrass, coriander, some hay, grassiness, wheat, light floral character
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together to a semi sweet earthy to floral tone; light finish of earthy/floral/lemongrassy tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, I like how the coriander is a bit softer in the feel here but also semi-dry
Overall: pretty nice saison I'd be very willing to return to.

Fairly clear, but slightly hazy golden coloured body with a thinnish, but fast-fading pure white head that leaves nothing on top after a few seconds. Aroma of grass, hay, flowers, perfume, coriander seed and a dose of canned corn, but on the lighter side of both. Light-bodied; Strong coriander seed and curacao flavours at first with a big hit of wheat, grass and flowers and a touch of perfume along with a very subdued hop kick with some alpha acids here as well. Aftertaste shows some grassy and floral aspects with a big dose of coriander seed and citrus fruits with only a tiny bit of sweetness, but some nice easy-drinking malts/wheat on top of the grassy and dry notes. Overall, a very nice, flavourful and well-balanced beer that still has a lot of flavour and complexity for such an easy-drinking package. Nice to sample and worth buying, especially during the summer/warm months, even up North! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can given to me by my brother-in-law and sampled at his house in Monroe, Connecticut on 19-December-2021.

16oz can pours a clear gold with a cap of white head. Estery nose, clove and bubble gum, peppercorns, candi, corn. Candy corn. Flavor is mostly grist and bubblegum, some lime now. Finishes off dry.
