This Gose was brewed with local sea salt and coriander, and then fermented with our house mixed-culture. After fermentation, we aged it on Graprefruit juice & zest, and then Dry-Hopped it with Amarillo.

Can. Peachy opaque colour, not much head. Lots of grapelemousse on the nose, and it comes across quite sweet as well. On the palate, the pamplefruit delivers a bit citrusy, bitter punch to the sweet malty beer. A touch of tartness as well, and saline balance so even though it’s simple, it all sort of comes together.

Opaque orange with a small frothy head. Orange and tropical notes. Grapefruit, sour and some peel. Not bad.
