Tap @ Salt House, Galway. Nice tan head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich roast malt, lots of bitter hops, little chocolate and notes of caramel. Nice long bitter finish. Great black ipa.

(On tap) Black with small tan head. Lovely aroma of pine and tropical fruit. Medium body with plenty of nice soft carbonation. Taste starts fruity and refreshing. There’s some dark toffee in the mid palate and plenty of bitterness in the finish. Very nice.

440ml can at home. Pours a slightly thick black with a medium brown creamy head. Nose is tropical fruit hops, some toast notes, pleasant mix of both the fruity and tropical hops, and the roasted and toasted character of the malts. Nice bitter finish.
