Keg at Draft House, Camden, Aug 2020. Pours clear dark amber red with a beige head. Aroma: malt, caramel, booze. Taste: moderate sweet & light to moderate bitter, caramel malts again dominate with a warming light spicy finish. Medium body with low carbonation.

Keg at BrewDog Leicester. Couldn't find much information on this, assuming it's an imperial version of their Wildfire Hoppy Red. It's dark brownish red, clear with a thin layer of beige head and lots of lacing. I'm getting the cooking spice and tea tannins of Sorachi Ace on the aroma, and it's hard to get much else. Taste is strongly sweet, tannic and spicy, leading to a long scratchy (can 'scratchy' be a flavour? it is here) finish. A lovely strong red.
