--Sample, thanks fonefan. -- Clear mahogany colour, small head. Aroma of maple and mild smoke. Mid sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Syrup, caramel and mild smoke. Mid bitter finish.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour with a small brown head. Aroma is a bunch of coffee, some slight toasted tones with some sweet syrupy tones too. Flavour is roasted malts, some coffee, nuts and mild syrupy tones with a wee bit of ashes too.

[ As Rye River Brunch - Baltic Breakfast Porter ].
ABV: 9.0%. Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, maple, coffee, smoke, oat. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, dark malt, coffee, roasted, caramel, maple - sweet malt, smoke - bacon, malt bitter, oat. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20230204]

Can from Craftbeersdelivered.com. Black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, coffee, maple syrup and nutty. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. Oily and soft. 141022

440ml can at home. Pours a cola like brown with a medium tan head. Sweet molasses and smoke on the nose with caramel, butter, some chocolate. Flavour is also caramel or molasses sweet, very slight fireside smoke note, some very very slight maple flavour. Overall a nice porter but not quite as flavorful as I was hoping

Black with a thin tan head. Aroma is ash and coffee. Flavour is milky coffee, roast with a bit of ash, syrupy coffee, dry malt coffee finish.
