Subtle undertones of green pepper and cantaloupe from the Ekuanot hops play beautifully in this beer. Towards the end are also notes of dried apricot and a cheeky bit of citrus. Slightly higher residual sweetness but with assertive bitterness to help balance it.

Stone fruit notes of apricot and nectarine, peach, some melon and ekuanot herbal spiced grassy edge in play, medium sweet soft malty backing, sweet intro before some growing bitterness into the hoppy finish. Good stuff.
