330ml can. Pours black, with moderate sized tanned head, circular retention. Aroma of milk chocolate, vanilla, coffee and a light roasty background. Its smooth and fairly creamy, big chocolate and fudge notes, coffee more subtle than expected, quite sweet but there is some bitterness to offset. Very moreish.

[as White Hag Mochaccino Stout] Lattina. Il gusto al naso resta attratto da caffè e vaniglia. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore color marrone scuro ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il colore è nero come la pece. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è medio in buona armonia con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di zuccherino, miele, crosta di panettone, cioccolato fondente, caffè, liquirizia, nocciole tostate, frutta secca, agrumi e arancia rossa.

Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Some coffee and vanilla notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Can, 6.5%. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, caramel and coffee. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, caramel, medium sweet, hop, little dark fruit and a little bitter.

Can, 6.5%. Distinct coffee aroma with cocoa powder notes. Black colour, seems unclear. Unstable brown head. The flavour has a powerful coffee note, creamy and sweet. Low bitterness. Cocoa powder finish. 737317

Can. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy tan head. Clear aroma of roast and chocolate, with malty and estery notes. Sweetish flavour of chcocolate and malt, with notes of coffee, lactose and roast, and touches of fruit. Bitter and roasty aftertaste with malty touches. Yummy. Most beers that taste like this are quite heavy, but this one is not, which is why I think it deserves extra points.

330ml can from Trembling Madness. Black beer with a foamy tan head. Aroma is full on coffee and vanilla. Flavour is more of the same with rich chocolate too. Very drinkable

Can, shared. Black beer, small head. Aroma is coffee, 'haagse hopjes', toffee/caramel, sweet. Taste is the same, sweet, bitter coffee.
