On tap at a nice little bar in the old town of Linz, Austria, Friday 25th August 2023. Original review text: Bottle picked up from Eggenberg brewery, Austria and consumed sat by the wood oven in the garden Sunday 11th August 2024, it's been absolutely glorious today. Listening to Humanist - On the Edge of a Lost and Lonely World. Pours hazy yellow/gold with a large white head, soft mouthfeel, a little fizzy buzz. Light hoppiness, a little bit grassy hop. Fine.

Trübe gelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Getreidig hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich getreidig, hopfig, leicht fruchtig und würzig. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Enjoyed directly from the bottle. Aroma and taste: grain, hay, bread, grass, herbs. Medium dry, light to medium bitter. Mouth feel: light to medium body, average carbonation. Summary: pretty drinkable. Not bad.

Bottled, thanks Sebilinz! Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Mild floral nose. Mid dry with light to medium body and crisp, well rounded mouthfeel. Mild floral hops, creamy malt. Mid bitter finish.

Gersten- und Weizenmalz in einem untergärigen Bier vereint. Das ganze auch noch Bio. Das ist schon was außergewöhnliches, auch wenn die Kategorisierung als Zwickl-/Kellerbier gar nicht so exotisch klingt. Herrlich trüb. Geschmacklich hat man hier getreidige Noten und eine ordenliche Portion gekochter Früchte. Sehr hopfig, ohne allzu bitter zu sein. Angenehm harzig und würzig. Schön weich und süffig. Angenehme Substanz. Für mich als bekennender Weißbiertrinker eine echte, untergärige Alternative. Fazit: Schön anzusehen, sehr wohlschmeckend und (weil Bio) man säuft keine Rückstände von Gylphosat und Neonicotinoide.

50cl bottle. A hazy golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of wet grainy malt, straw, cardboard. Taste of grainy bitter malt, wet cardboard, straw, medium bitterness.

Bottle [from Euro Summer Santa 2018, thanks Sebelinz!] @ home. Hazy pale yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste wheat, malts, slight yeast touch and some weird fruitpeel note. Decent body and carbonation. Ok. 7-3-6-3-12.

50 cl bottle from tosano. Cloudy yellow color with a big candid white and creamy white head, fairly persistent, light lacing. Aroma is fresh malt, very bready and flourish with "live" yeast, wheat gives a light fruity tone, some apple juice. Greens on the hops side with a citric note. Doughy taste, well structured, light bitterness, well balanced. Medium body, average to high carbonation, medium lenght malty finish, a bit dusty, filling. Seems like a very fresh brew right out of the tank, which i do like, good, refreshing.
