Das Standardbier der kleinen Brauerei ist ein schwereres Helles bzw. österreichisches Märzen. Es lässt sich angenehm trinken und erfreut mit getreidigen Körper 🌾 und spritzigen Abgang🤸‍♂️.

Leicht eingetrübte, orange Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, getreidiger, leicht grasig hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, getreidig, grasig hopfig, etwas Honig. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Draught at 6. Wiener Bierfest.
Orange, hazy body, with a big, frothy, rocky, lacing, white head.
Aroma of bread, grains, grass, honey.
Tastes of bread, grains, grass, some herbs, honey, some citrus.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes moderate bitter, bready, grainy, a bit fruity.

OK. Nothing special, but quaffable, clean and fresh. A quite above average Märzen lager, I’ve had much worse.

from tap at Bier Fest Wien. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells citric, light off-smell, grass, bread. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, bready, grass. light citric bitter finish. OKish.

Tap at Wiener Bier Fest. Aroma malty, light caramel, light generic funk. Clear orange colour. Taste is slightly sour, probably on its way to spoilage, but only lightly afflicted. Drinkable and shows promise. Some sweetness and nice malt profile.

Tap at Wiener bier fest.Amber color with thick white head. Malty aroma. Malty taste with some fruitiness, light hoppy bitterness in finish.
