Keg at Craft 100, 24/03/16. Murky chestnut brown topped with a decent beige swirl. Nose is harsh booze, glue, caramel, spice, nutty strokes. Taste is better, fruit cake, toffee, sweet malts, light spice, boozey notes. Medium + body, fine carbonation, warming booze in the close. No great ... nose is not good and overall a little harsh and raw.

Craft 100 at Craft Clapham. Keg. Hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Rich toffee caramel malts. Fair bit of offputting emulsion paint. A little marmalade and floral bitterness before the paint comes back. Someone took a good barleywine and spilt some paint in it. Weird!

Keg at Craft 100. It pours murky dark brown with a small white head. The aroma is earthy, quite phenolic, plastic, paint stripper, permanent marker pen, toffee and candied fruits. The taste is smooth initially, bitter, woody, leather, chewy malt, big alcohol warmth, permanent marker pen, spice and dried fruits. Full body and fine carbonation. I found this very rough around edges and did not like that permanent marker pen vibe. Not for me.
