--Bottled. -- Hazy deep ruby, small head. Minerally almondy cherry aroma. Dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Marzipan and bitter almond, dark cherries and licorice. Malt bitter finish.

Bottle. Black colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is cherries, some toffee, sweet alcohol, spices and some dried fruits too. Flavour is cherries and a bunch of herbal tones (kind of Underberg vibe to it) with some wooden and dried fruity tones. Not that sweet. Interesting herbal aftertaste.

7/10/2023. Bottle shared at Ulfborg. Pours clear deep reddish brown with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is musty, cherries, toffee, pie crust, slight funky woody edge. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, quite smooth, average carbonation. Increasing bitterness to finish.

Slow gusher. Really dark red brown colour with massive foaming head. Doesn't really have a typical cherry taste which is nice. Yeasty. Just slightly sweet.

ABV: 7.3%. Clear deep red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, wood, cherry, almond. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet berries, cherry, almod touch, wood - barrel - yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20231007]
