Draught@TCBW2022. Orangeish amber colour with a small off-white ehad. Aroma is ripe fruits, caramel, some spiciness, mild yeast as well as some slight alcohol and wooden tones. Flavour is quite similar to the aroma, but also has some mild vanilla and plummy tones to it.

Bottled 330ml (SIP) Clear amber colour, small off-white head. Strong vanilla, rhum and oak in the nose. Light-bodied. Vanilla and oak also in the flavour, some pale malts, Belgian yeast spiceyness. Kind of watery, probably thanks to barreling. Feels much less than 10%.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy amber with a smallish, white head. Nose is sweet, yet complex with vanilla and mellow oak. Rich body, complex in spite of the pale color. Distinct oaky if obviously not barrel aged. Very pleasant drinking. 300521

33cl bottle from Sip, Tallinn. Pours clear amber with a modest, off-white head. Vanilla and wood is certainly dominating. Smell reminds me of bourbon whiskey the flavour too. Plenty of notes from the American oak. Surprisingly flavourful and also quite balanced. Nice one!

Maitseb nagu baas + tammeselt mõrkjam + päris tugev vanilje nüanss. Ma jätkuvalt ütleks, et baas oli parim, aga see oleks teisel kohal.
