Bottle picked up at Belmont St Farmer's Market. It appearance is clear greenish - yellow and a touch oily. The aroma is fragrant, spruce, pine, oily, honey cake, light fruity character, honey suckle and perhaps a touch herbal. The taste is slick, oily, sweetish, but mellow, spruce, green, herbal, floral, soft honey comb and a touch of alcohol warmth with a slick, oily finish. Medium body and oily, slick mouth - feel. Nice subtle nuances to it and never gets particularly sweet. Nice stuff.

Taster at grassmarket. Nose is spruce, zesty lemon, floral honey. Palate is strong herbal, a bit of zest. Heavy finish. A bit better than the normal, but still crazy strong.

125ml glass at the 2016 Cambridge Beer Festival. Light gold, clear. Honey and naked alcohol on the aroma. Taste, oh dear Lord. Herbal, sweet and crazy alcoholic. Medicinal bittersweet taste. Ambrosial.
