A: candied banana, vanilla custard, cinnamon, medicine.
T: sweet banana & date, chocolate & biscuit, spices.
F: herbal hops, medicinal spices, banana, warming alcohol hinting at bourbon & 'Boswandeling' (banana liqueur).
P: full body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Tasty, but a bit crude.
Medium body, oily. Sweet and boozy, lots of cinnamon, brown sugar, caramelized banana, some barrel, a bit harsh. A tad too much cinnamon to my liking, too little banana. Ok.

ABV: (14.0)%. Clear dark black brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to beige head. Aroma is light heavy malty, rosted, dark makt, chocolate, spicy, cinnamon, vanilla, banana - caramelized banana. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, banana, sweet banana - caramelized banana, spicy, dark malt, chocolate, chocolade - vanilla, rich, thick. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20210514]
