This super refreshing beer has been designed to quench the thirst on these warm days as spring gives way to summer. Inspired by the delicious Cantarito cocktail based on Orange, Grapefruit, Lime, Salt and Tequila we thought this flavour combination would be perfect in low abv sour form. Plenty of wheat and a healthy dose of oats build a light but fluffy body which is accompanied by a slight salinity making for a refreshing finish. The fruiting rate is kept at a level to not overpower the base beer yet still bring lots of sunny citrus vibes. To give a note of complexity and to bring a woody tequila noted we steeped a small amount of American oak chips in the beer. The result is a beer that is perfect for the beach, hiking in the mountains or just sitting back and enjoying a light refreshing beverage.

Canned (KCM Stenhaga, Vasa). Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, mild salty tones, mild herbal and citrusy. Flavour is citrus, herbal and mild floral tones with some herbs.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy golden, small head. Perfumy grapefruit aroma. Tart with light body and runded mouthfeel. Blood grape, lemon juice. Some pine needle bitterness.

Can from Deconinck. Hazy ochre, thin, white head. Aroma of lime, lemon, salt, grapefruit zest, pomelo, kiwi. Taste has sour lime, kiwi and orange; bitter citrus peel with zesty notes into the tart, slightly salty, minerally finish, containing a fresh sour grapefruit juice effect - some lime too. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Typical citrusy Garage BW.

Canned, 440 ml courtesy of and shared with Miro at DeGusto, Bergamo. Hazy orange with medium white head. Nice juicy lime and tangerine. Soft texture. No complexity as expected I guess. Easy to drink. Light bodied.

44cl can. A slightly hazy golden beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of tart strawberries, lime and grapes. Taste of sour grapes, strawberries, lime, moderate carbonation. Easy to drink!
