Una Rauchbier come da tradizione di Bamberga. Il malto utilizzato viene affumicato su legno di faggio, la lavorazione poi fa si che tutti gli aromi passino all’interno della birra. Birra a bassa fermentazione, prodotta nel periodo primaverile.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark.[ As BioNoc’ Rauca ].Light unclear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, smoke, sweet smoked. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, smoked, sweet bacon - smoked bacon, dry, hop bitter, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190419] 5-3-6-3-12

29/4/2019. Bottle, sample, courtesy of saxo. Pours clear gold with a nice sized lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of smoked cheese and frazzles. Sweet smoked cheese to taste. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Started well, but my enjoyment of it quickly faded.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy nice smoked aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Some bacon notes. Oily palate.

Bottle, 5.8%. Hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, smoke and meat. Flavour is malt, smoke, meat, medium sweet and a little bitter.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Cloudy golden, white head. Nice meaty smoke aroma and flavour. Slightly sweet, a little fruity.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duraition. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are smoked malt, bacon, hops, little grass and has a nice smoky finish.
