Draught @ Tallinn Craft Beer Weekend 2015
Aroma has floral tones, minerals and some fruits. Flavour has minerals, strong grainy tones, some fruits and hints of leathery gooseberry bush leaves. Also grapefruit is present. A modern golden ale.

Many thanks to Sean for this bottle! Floral-frischer, intensiver Antrunk. Sehr schöne golden-Ale-Note. Voller Körper. Trocken mit floralen Mandarinenaromen, frisch, fruchtig. Netter leichter Malzkörper. Moderat bitter mit floral-malzigem Nachgeschmack. Lecker!

Keg at the Brewdog AGM 2014. Golden orange coloured pour with a light haze lasting fluffy white head. Nose is light herbal pine hop, mineral and light crisp citrus note. Flavour is light straw malts, touch of caramel, mineral crisp finish. Nice low key pine and citrus hop profile. Crisp palate with a nice dry finish.

Golden ale with a decent frothy head and a light but complex aroma. As well as the sort of grassy, citrus scents you would expect there’s malty toffee in there too. The flavour has pretty much the same elements but balancing those two sides in the mouth is more of a challenge. Fortunately, especially given the citrus flavour is very tangy, Cromarty managed to find that balance so the sharp, sour taste is evened out with a sort of toasty sweetness.
